Ribbons formed with this adhesive have excellent stripability, especially compared to ribbonizing methods using tape. Unlike tape methods, the paste does not gum-up the stripping tool and cause broken fibers. The paste holds the stripped coating residue into a single piece of debris that is easily cleaned from the stripper.
