    DCD DESIGN/CABLE SPINNING EQUIPMENT 40000-000 Tuf-lugger Cable Puller NEW The DCD DESIGN/CABLE SPINNING EQUIPMENT TUF-Lugger™ is a cable puller that is designed to accommodate most pulling requirements up to a 6500 lbs load. The unit is fully assembled and is mounted on four wheels making it portable and easy to move into any pulling location. The TUF-Lugger™ is driven by a removable power pack, which can also be used for other applications. The power pack is fitted with a load indicator as well as a feed-out sheave, which allows the operator to stand clear of the line of pull. There are two arms which combine to allow access to both overhead and underground ducting. The basic unit includes a load meter, foot-pedal start/stop switch, 4 duct guides to suit 2", 3, 3-1/2" & 4" Sched. 40 Duct and steel Tool Box carrying case
