GENERAL MACHINE PRODUCTS 01820 SLITTER ROUND CABLE .5" - 1.0" NEW These slitters allow you to safely slit, split and remove insulation up to 3/16 in. (4.8 mm) thick from many kinds of single or multiple conductor cable. There rotating blade allows you to slit your cable in both a longitudinal as well as an orbital configuration. In fact, it can handle nearly any 1/2 in. (14 mm) to 1 in. dia. (25 mm) (25 to 100-pair air core PIC) cable with ease with our 01820 or from 1" (28 mm) to 1 3/8" (35 mm) with our 01825. Adjust the knurled knob on the cutter head to the proper cutting depth up to 3/16 in. (4.8 mm) A precision swivel blade lets you make a full 360° slit around the cable To slit the cable lengthwise, rotate the slide lever to swivel the blade 90° The durable slitting blade is built to provide you with extended, uninterrupted slitting service in the field To replace the blade, just slide the roll pin in the handle to one side to remove the spare Also slits PVC, Teflon and THHN Round Cable Slitter for 1/2" to 1" P/N 01820 Weight: 5 oz.
