This torch is designed perfectly for thawing ice, burning weeds, heating and melting metal and roofing applications. Heat output rate of 500,000 BTU's. This torch is fueled with propane; propane is a style of cutting that burns 2 combustible fuel gases to create the flame rather than air and 1 combustible, propane combined with oxygen from a separate tank for example. AP-25 has a push button Piezo Ignition system so that all you have to do is push the button for ignition. This Goss AP-25 31" Torch is part of KP-320 series, and is a 31" straight long torch that is designed to fit with an air tight seal on B hose connections.
