The Retraction Stop feature allows the operator to stop the ram retraction at any point simply by tapping the trigger, and then starting the next cutting cycle from that point saving time and energy. A two-stage hydraulic system provides fast advance and power speeds and one trigger controls all tool functions. The cutting head rotates 350 degrees and the tool will automatically retract when the cutting cycle is complete. The ESG45LX has the following cutting capacities: ACSR: 1590 kcmil Standard Guy Strand: 5/8" (16 mm) EHS Guy Strand: 1/2" (13 mm) Ground rod: 5/8" (16mm) Rebar (schedule 60): 1/2" (13 mm)
