PARKWAY PL300 TONE TEST SET REPAIRED Having designed and marketed this set since 1984, it still remains a definite crowd pleaser. And why not? With more that a dozen major modifications to the set over the years it has consistently continued to grow better and better in every way. This set features an adjustable level tone output from 22 volts to 90 volts, in four operator selectable steps. At an output frequency of 577 Hertz the set is compatible with virtually all probes, pick-up coils and amplifier types, (such as the 147B or 147C).etc.) currently in use. In addition to the tone feature, the set also contains an ohm-meter with Rx1 & Rx1000 scales for use in pair continuity testing and fault locating. A pair reversal switch is used for "kicking" the pair. The set also contains a talk circuit with a Talk/Wait feature. Plus the additional features of a dc voltmeter and built-in switching to allow testing of tip and ring to ground or each other without having to move the test clips. batteries required: 9V, AA, (2) HS14196 Size 7" x 7" x 9" Weight 8 lbs
