PELSUE FLB-50 FORKLIFT BASKET DAVIT 50" X 45", ALUMINUM W/FLOOR SLEEVE NEW Model FLB-50 Forklift Basket is intended to be used as a safe place for an attendant performing retrieval operations at heights. By attaching a DK1824 davit system w/winch, the operator can be lifted by a forklift and lift or lower workers into position. Unit includes complete basket w/side rails, floor mounted davit sleeve, operator tie-off anchor, & forklift security chain. Specifications: Sleeve included w/capability of 30 offset arm for retrieval/fall arrest anchorage. 5000 lb. (2268 Kg) Proof loaded attendant anchorage point.
