PELSUE PHQR-S45 Winch - Quick release, confined space retrieval W/ 45 rope and snap The Pelsue Quick Rescue Hoists share nearly all the same features as the Personnel Hoists, but are unique in the fact that the lifting rope is not permanently fixed to the hoist drum.
