    PELSUE PHT10R PERSONNEL HOIST WITH 310# RATING 100 FEET X 1/4 INCH SYNTHETIC CORD WINCH PH Series Man Rated Hoists Pelsue PH Series Hoists are designed and tested as personnel hoists for a single user Mechanical Retrieval/ Lifting Devices as defined in OSHA Safety Standards for attaching a person that is entering or exiting from a confined space. Pelsue PH Series Hoists are built with an internal braking system to prevent the accidental pay out of line, as well as a backup locking pawl system to prevent “freewheeling” of the hoist. In the case that the primary brake ever becomes disabled the Pelsue personnel hoist has a built in secondary “overspeed” brake for redundancy. Hoist line extension (pay out) should occur ONLY when the handle is turned counterclockwise AND a force of AT LEAST 10 lbs.(4.5 kg.) is applied to the line. The hoist frame attaches to a quick release bracket which can then be mated to the various Pelsue structures and components. PHT10R 100’ Synth. Rope 26 Lbs
