EMERSON NETWORK POWER MACLEAN POWER SYSTEMS R66B3100MH 100-PAIR 2-BLOCKS WITH BASE AND GRAY COVER NEW Description R66B series non-connectorized quick-clip blocks are designed for quick and easy termination of solid insulated copper wire. These blocks are available in various pair count configurations, from 2- to 100-pairs, with common clip configurations of 2-, 3-, and 6-clips. Unstripped solid 20- to 26-gauge (.4 to .8 mm) conductors can be easily terminated using an industry standard 714-type punch-down tool (Emerson R714B). Each block is supplied with integral fanning strips molded on each side of the base, notched every five rows to simplify pair identification. The 25-, 50-, 75-, and 100-pair configurations may be purchased either with or without a housing. The housings, available in either gray or beige, are manufactured of the same UL rated 94 V-0 impact-resistant molded plastic as the blocks. Application R66B series blocks are used in equipment rooms to cross-connect key telephone and data equipment. They are also used in satellite closets, as well as office areas, to provide daisy chains, star, or multiple connections.
