RENT 3M DYNATEL 745 SUBSCRIBER LOOP TESTER RENTAL PER MONTH The Dynatel 745 Subscriber Loop Tester is a microprocessor-based, intelligent field instrument designed to diagnose problems on telephone subscriber loops from the subscriber end or any access terminal. With a single, three-clip attachment across the pair and to ground, the set will test and analyze all commonly used copper telephone cables, such as air-core, filled, and service drops. The 745 qualifies lines for service by performing the following test measurements: AC and DC Voltage, DC Current, Insulation Resistance, Ground Resistance, Opens, Line Loss, Slope and Bulge, Ringer Count, Noise-Metallic, Power Influence, and Balance-checks and displays circuit noise and power influence; automatically calculates and displays circuit balance Loop Treatment- determines loop treatment applied to line by type Loop Resistance, determines loop resistance on a working line, Stores up to 16 test line telephone numbers in memory; i also manual dials and will access many CO test systems or dispatch systems that are voice synthesized.
